Children : 250 Baht net per person per night inclusive of breakfast and applicable VAT

Airport Transfer :

Suvarnabhumi Airport Transfer by Van – One Way Trip Baht 3,000

Suvarnabhumi Airport Transfer by Car – One Way Trip Baht 2,500

Maximum number of guests in each room type :

Studio Room : 2 adults + 1 child under 12 or 2 adults

1 BR Suite : 2 adults + 2 children under 12 or 3 adults

2 BR Suite : 4 adults + 2 children under 12 or 5 adults

Monthly Rates :

The above rates are subject to 8% Service Charge and applicable VAT per room per month, inclusive of daily maid cleaning, 3 times change of linens per week.

Two months deposit and one month advance are required to be paid prior to check-in.

Water and electricity charged :

- Water : 30 Baht per unit plus applicable VAT
- Electricity : 5 Baht per unit plus applicable VAT

Monthly Breakfast :

At 4,000 Baht net inclusive of 10% Service Charge and applicable VAT

Monthly Laundry :

90 pieces at 1,300 Baht plus applicable VAT per month

120 pieces at 1,800 Baht plus applicable VAT per month

Additional piece will be charged at 20 Baht plus applicable VAT
